Frik De Meyere has been buying and investing in properties in Placencia and other areas in Belize since 2004. Originally from Brussels, Belgium, Frik is Partner/Owner of Boris Mannsfeld & Associates, a real estate team of 14 — making them one of the largest real estate offices in the country.

Real Estate has always been a passion of Frik’s for more than 2 decades. He has a particular interest and wide expertise for the paralegal side of the real estate business namely the rules, regulations, laws, taxes, title issues, probates, lands procedures, etc. He uses that expertise to support and drive his sales team. Frik is also a Justice of the Peace and has invested in several other business ventures in the country since he first called Belize home 15 years ago.
