The Belize Companies and Corporate Affairs Registry (BCCAR) has now gone fully online!
To register for an account on the Online Business Registry System (OBRS), go to www.obrs.bccar.bz and enter your valid Belize Social Security number and email address. Once registered you will receive a 9-digit business entity number and an E Certificate with full access to BCCAR services.
You can digitally access all Registry Services under the Business Name Act Cap. 247, Belize Companies Act No. 11 of 2022 and Limited Liability Partnerships Act Cap. 258 through OBRS.
The public can register and manage their business registration from the convenience of their digital devices, which reduces the cost and time required to start a business.
The primary functions of OBRS include the registration of your business entity, access to your business entity profile and history, and annual filing reminders to ensure your business remains in good standing and other services.
